Check in was easy, I was lucky to fill cancelled appointment slots and get services done faster than ever, and everyone was incredibly kind and patient. I was glad to participate in a young technician's learning during my cumulative exam, and the time it took was nothing compared to the worth of my relief. Dr. Williams assuaded all my fears during my three-tooth extraction procedure, and made sure I was as comfortable as I could possibly be. I had a botched procedure in the past that traumatized me, but this experience gave me a lot of faith in this care team. I am immediately relieved of a lot of pain, and on a good road to healing. The impact on my mental well-being is immense. Thank you!"

"This place is gives me the creeps and I hate having to go here. You always feel like you're going to get mugged or shot in the parking lot and then 80% of the employees that work there are so rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional especially if you're "White" Yes that's right they are racist as hell here especially the older female employees. Anyways if that's not bad enough the facilities always dirty, It's one of those places that makes you feel like you need to completely disinfect and burn your clothes after leaving it so that you don't catch something. It's just an old dark and gloomy, creepy facility...."

"I waited three months for an appointment. I just received a phone call that Alma Carter canceled all appointments for Friday. They were trying to reschedule me for four more months from now. At this point it’s better to go to planned parenthood. This provider definitely does not care about the health or the inconvenience towards patients."

"Just an absolutely awful system. My wife needs a prescription renewed that really shouldn't require regular doctor visits. They don't schedule you a visit in advance to ensure your prescription can be refilled. But when you call to get the approval, they'll schedule you for an appointment only an hour from now with no notice and call you 12 minutes before that appointment time. When you check your phone because you've been working and call them back at the appointment time, you're sent to a call center that can't help you and put on endless hold until disconnected. This isn't a tenable system for people to obtain necessary medication in a timely manner and my wife has already gone 3 days without. It's unacceptable."
