"First time coming to the Oak Hill location usually go to the Buda location but needed bloodwork done right away & this location was the only one that availability. Lady in the front lobby with black hair & bangs working on Monday Jan 22, 2024 at around 3:15 was so damn rude when I asked her where the lab was. She pointed at the sign on the elevator door & said in a rude tone that the lab was on the second floor as if I am suppose to know that. Then had the audacity to be shaking her head as if I was incompetent. Most people aren’t feeling their best or have a lot on their mind when they come here & to get attitude & be talked to that way is absolutely unacceptable. If you don’t like your job then find somewhere else to work!"

"Only have praises for the Urology and Oncology department here. Came in for treatment for testicular cancer and my experience with the teams here have been stellar. Dr Mendelow & her team were fantastic, experienced little to no pain following my surgery and she helped me to navigate the complicated process to select my treatment plans going forward Dr Murray & her team were great. Going through chemo is tough but they were very educational and supportive throughout my time there Infusion team was great! Spending 8 hours a day in the infusion clinic can seem daunting but they always made sure I was comfortable"

"A tad lengthy, but worth reading before you consider going here- I went to this ER for a kidney stone. The attached image was my arm 4 days later. My wife was concerned I may get a blood clot and so I went back by the same ER desk to ask if someone could look at it, to make sure they did no major damage to my arm on the previous visit. This was all due to the administering IV nurse. They looked and said it would be okay, then billed me around $1,500 for stopping in. I was told by BSW billing not to worry and that it would be credited. Not only was it not credited, I had to file an appeal. Their "Patient Relations" team sent a letter which, in fairness, did accurately relay the circumstances of my visit. But, still concluded with them wanting the $. To paraphrase, "Yeah, you're not wrong. We did all that, but why don't you just go ahead and pay us anyway." I drove to the hospital again to find someone in admin, and ask him to explain what was happening. He emailed patient relations in a different location and they ignored him. I then had to file a complaint with TX's Health and Human Services Dept. They assured me BSW had to investigate this and respond within 30 days. That was over 3 months ago. I still have received nothing. And, since they can negatively impact your credit for nonpayment, I had to pay them. The cost of litigation outweighs the cost of payment, which is what BSW banks on. This is blackmail with diminished credit being the threat. I reasonably feel I was extorted by BSW. My family, all of whom had been treated by Dr's and clinics at BSW at some point, will not return. And, in the ultimate of ironies, my company's insurance agent recommended I move our company plan in '24 to a BSW health insurance plan. They actually have this. And, it costs less than the alternatives. I told them there was no way in hell I would subject our people to only being allowed treatment from them, and it was due solely to this incident. So, this is an exponential loss for them, due to their insistence on "shaking down" a patient as a result of their negligence. As we have told all family, friends, and employees...never step foot in a BSW facility."

"I was very pleasantly surprised at how good this place is. The facility itself seems brand new, everything looks like it's in great condition. But the staff really blew me away- everyone had big smiles and seemed to be happy. I can't remember the last time I've had such a nice medical experience. They actually sent me a thank you card- I can't read all the signatures, but I'm grateful for Jennifer, Craig, Kim, Tyler, Amy, Rosie, David, Dr Terraso, Dr Cohen! No one wants to be having a medical procedure, but I would go back in a heartbeat to this place."

"I just had the best experience here! I needed a sonogram and X-ray and my new dr is in this network. Scheduling was easy enough and I got in quickly. The over the top amazing part started in the parking lot. The garage is close to both buildings and has plenty of spots for visitors that are clearly marked. The receptionist was friendly and comfortably professional. After a very short wait I was taken back with again, a comfortably professional sono tech. By “comfortably professional” I mean focused on me and the task at hand yet friendly and engaging in our conversation and setting my expectations. The same was true with the X-ray tech. I noticed on the walk between the two areas how incredibly clean the entire building was. A hospital, in the post-pandemic labor shortage immaculate? The floor, the walls, the baseboards, the furniture was all pristine. Don’t get me wrong, In general, I want to avoid ever coming here again however if I need hospital services, this is my pick!"
