"I am so glad that Harbor Health exists. I’ve been searching for a primary care clinic and Harbor Health checked all of the boxes. I went to the Westlake location. First, I love the electronic appointment scheduling and check-in versus filling out so much paperwork which can be time consuming. Everyone from the front desk staff, the MA, and lab tech were very kind and attentive. I saw Millie Hicks, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and she took the time to understand what brought me in and to establish care. Very compassionate and personable. Overall, wonderful experience from every angle!"

"My wife needed to be seen over the weekend and was feeling horrible. The check-in was smooth and quick. Diana at the front desk was very helpful and made everything a breeze! Yesenia was so nice and understanding of my wife’s symptoms. She kept us informed about everything she was doing and how long everything would take. The provider Amy Acker was warm and welcoming and answered all of our questions. It’s nice to know that they are open later on weekdays and open on Weekends! Also we can be seen for just our primary care doctor copay visit cost. Major money saver rather than going to urgent care!!! Definitely will be returning for my Express care and Primary care needs!!!! Highly recommended!!"
