"The worst referral department ever. My dad has seen doctor DO at end of January and today is the end of february . The doctor should give him cardiology referral and they said the referral would take one week and we should get a phone call from them or they will upload the paper on the website . I said it’s been a month and we have never received any phone call from referral department . I have tried to call them multiple time and always had to hang up after 1 hr waiting for the referral department to pick up my call . This is the worst place you can ever get you help from . Worst customer service . I don’t mind the doctor she seems nice but the other department the customer service and referral department is no help. I am still wondering if they have anyone work at the referral department cause no one ever seem to pick up my call .I am now calling to my insurance to change the doctor cause this place is a waste of time ."

"Dr. Do is very patient and thorough. I love how she doesn't just treat you like a patient or a bill. Dr. Do listens to you and she aligns with your concerns. I love how she even remembered my son and asked about him. That is how a Dr should be. I don't need to go anywhere else."
