"I was seen in a timely manner. Front desk was courteous. Doctor answered all my questions spent a good amount of time with the exam. Labcorp technician was very gentle when she took the blood sample."

"Cynthia Cotton is a very knowledgeable doctor. Most doctors just rush through appointments but Dr. Cotton listens and asks questions to confirm you are getting the best care and treatment options available. I feel all of the doctors at village medical are great, but I feel as if Cynthia Cotton goes above and beyond to give the best treatment and explain things to where they are easy to understand. My only downside is it’s not normally easy to get a fast appointment as they are always very busy and appointments aren’t easy to come by. Sometimes it’s hard to wait a week to get seen."

"Reception staff is friendly and wonderful when you walk in. Always quick to help out. Appointment times are spot on, and never do I have to wait. The Doctors are all wonderful and knowledgeable and will go that extra mile. And, if for some reason my regular doctor is not available, any one of the other doctors they have on staff are available to assist and have all my records right there in front of them. Best part, if I need blood work done, you get it done right at Village Medical, no need for making an appointment or waiting at another office. Love Village Medical!!"
