"I've been going here for sometime now and have been holding my comments because since I've started coming here it's been bad patient service from front to back. From phones not getting picked up or hunged up on after a LONG wait time to only seeing the nurse practitioner when requesting to see a doctor to today where no one could tell who I was seeing and waited for an hour inside the room and no one came to the room and no one caring if I was leaving or why. The staff is unprofessional, uncaring and lack charisma. Health care carriers are full of love and care for their patients. Everyone here lacks everything. The only one that was nice was the lady charting my vitals other than that today I was done giving this place chance after chance to earn my trust."

"HORRIBLE!! THEY CHARGE YOU A DOCTOR VISIT JUST FOR THEM TO GIVE YOU TEST RESULTS OVER THE PHONE THAT TOOK LESS THAN 2 MINS. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. THEY ALSO BILLED MY INSURANCE INCORRECTLY AND BILLED AS IF I WENT IN FOR A DIAGNOSIS THAT WAS GIVEN WHICH WAS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE."
