"The pediatrician is great the 2 girls in the front office are useless. If they were trying it would be ok but it's almost like they're competing to do less work, openly talking about not doing their job and do the bare minimum to help in any situation."

"If you forget your doctor's note they won't fax it. They want you to drive 50 minutes there and back to then have to deliver it to the school."

"I wish I could give zero star. Took my daughter for her annual preventative care. We recently moved here and are new. I hope what we received was not the TX standard. The pre checkup before seeing the doctor was quick and rushed. It was a quick check on height, weight, blood pressure and distance vision. Then my daughter had to strip down to her under garments. When the doctor came in, she didn’t wash her hands or even have my daughter’s file. The doctor asked my daughter to hop on the bed, she used a light to quickly check the ears and throat, then listen to her heart. Then she had my daughter hop down and bend over to check her spine. That was it. Then the doctor asked if I knew if my daughter was up to date with her vaccines. I told the doctor, I was hoping she could tell me. Doctor said, oh, let me have my assistant check then walks out. The assistant comes in later and says, yup, your daughter is up to date. Confused, I asked if they were able to pull my daughter’s record ftom our last clinic. The assistant said, no. So I asked her, then how did you determine that my daughter was up to date. The assistant said, because she didn’t see any records. Oh my goodness… I hand her the immunization record I brought with me. The assistant was like, oh, let me go take a look… Check-in process is a 2/10 (30 min) Pre checkup process is a 3/10 (5 min) Doctor visit is a 1/10 (5 min) What a waste of my preventative care benefit. I’ve received way much better care from minute clinic."

"Best pediatric location Ive been to. Dr. Trevino is always super friendly, you can tell he genuinely loves kids and all of the nurses are so sweet and comforting with my babies esp for shots... I always walk out feeling grateful for how well that they handle and how much they prioritize the comfort of my tiny humans in situations that are not the easiest or most comfortable for them."
