"Do not come here. For one when you come into the office the toys the kids use are very dirty and grimy, they look like they do not get cleaned up. Second, it doesn’t matter if you arrive to your appointment early, you will be in that waiting area for about 45 minutes past your appointment time. Then they will pass you to a room where you will be there for another 1hr 30 minutes waiting for a provider to see you. Anything extra like shots and lab tests will only increase your time here. I am currently at the office, my appointment was at 2pm. It is now 4 and a doctor has not come to see my son yet."

"this clinic is great! the doctors and nurses have made me feel comfortable and allow me to understand what is going on during my visit and answers any question that I may have, they even provided me with some resources that I may need. I will continue to come here in future!"

"This is the WORST clinic I've ever experienced in my life. They serve the Hispanic culture, and I noticed all those patients were seen physically by the doctor, but with us they did a face time visit, and GUESSED the entire visit. She just said he has the Covid and that was an incorrect diagnosis. This is a 6yr old and should have been seen, PHYSICALLY..SMH"

"It is almost impossible to speak to anyone and get a appointment or even get questions about your visits. It took 3 days with almost all day attempts to finally get someone and when I questioned the issue I was told I'm more than happy to find another office. Which seemed like something the doctors would never advise me to do or possibly even appreciate. I'm sure there is a better way of handing calls to at least reassure patients that they are important, welcomed and being acknowledged to this clinic"

"I just wanted to say that i mostly definitely recommend this clinic. My dad is going on 2years of coming here hes 86 yrs old and his Doctor is amazing he gives the best care and is always full of light. I also wanted to that Estephania is a big sweetheart so Professional and so full of light. All the staff in General is amazing"
