"If I could give this place no stars I definitely would. So I had to call this urgent care because they changed my daughter $190 when she has insurance and should have only paid $50 . Some lady answered the phone didn’t say her name I told her what was going on she put me on hold. Fine I waited for 5 to 10 minutes hung up and called again before I could finish what I was saying she put me on hold. So I go to the urgent care the girl at the front desk was the rudest unprofessional person definitely should not be working the front desk. I told her how I called and kept being put on hold oh I’m too busy to deal with this. While only having a few patients in the waiting room. I told her what happened and she said maybe I should have came with my daughter my daughter is 19 she can go to the doctor on her own I told her her grandmother went with her. That’s beside the point she should not have been over charged I talked to my insurance company before calling the urgent care and they said they definitely overcharged her. I asked the girl at the desk her name she said she didn’t know it . I will be letting everyone I know and posting this on every social media site if she hates her job the quit your job. You work for a business you are a representation of that company."
