"The experience was terrible and infuriating. The hospital was unwilling to provide the ultrasound results and our insurance already covered the cost. They kept sending me bills and calling them to tell them my insurance company paid the bill. They still continue to pay their bills. Medical facilities don't even check insurance bills. This is outrageous and disgusting."
