"My daughter has 3 out of 4 appointments have problems. First one she wasn't notified her counselor was out until we got there, 2nd appointment was about ten minutes to evaluate for ADHD testing, 3rd appointment she shows up and is in the waiting room and no one is there to give her any information took me thirty minutes to get a hold of someone after trying both offices to find out her appointment was at a different location, and today for her rescheduling she shows up to the Arlington office and the lights are out and the door is locked and when you call there is no one to answer the phones."

After being informed the one provider in the office that accepts our health insurance doesn’t do testing, I inquired about private pay. I was told only that it was “expensive”.
