"Can't get blood pressure med refill. Insurance says 6 month check up not necessary based on my health profile and won't pay. Questcare puts their rules above patient health and won't refill. Blood pressure out of control without meds but doctors at office don't care. Also talked to questcare parent and still no response except send me back to keller and they didn't contact me. Don't use questcare if you are basically healthy. They are more about fees and money than health. Different office since Dr. Del retired. I'll be moving on. and won't refill after 6 month.Stay away if you are basically healthy."

"Come on y’all with the negative reviews- we had a couple of years there during Covid that were difficult for everyone and wait times were long, staffing was a problem. However, I have been going to this location for more than 5 years and have always been treated kindly. Dr. Nangrani is excellent, the nurses are nice, and the person who does the bloodwork is a master at it."

"My visits at several different questcares have had similar results. Zero help for the reason of the appointment and then 5-10 minutes to talk about my very mildly elevated blood pressure and how terribleit is, even when I've proven that it's always great when tested at home and is only elevated at the doctor."

"Dr. Nangrani is my doctor and she is wonderful. I needed a medication refill that couldn't be refilled with out seeing a doctor first so I saw the other doctor. Not to throw her under the bus but (Dr. Neela). I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me or the fact that it seemed like she was questioning Dr. Nangrani's authority. If Dr. Nangrani is out or has left for the day, I will wait until she is back in the office to schedule my appointment. I will not see the other doctor!"
