"My long time doctor retired ,Valvayori is a new Doctor to me since first week of January 2023 only seen once I have no comment about him positive or negative. . Seen Holly not at my request she will not write a prescription for antibiotics even with a bacterial infection. These folks are strick with their mask ,you wear theirs regardless. I was a oil field fire fighter I worked the oil field fires in Kuwait with Safety Boss the Canadian firefighting team even when we couldn't get the proper filters for our respirators I am damaged goods I have bronchitis it's difficult to breath with the mask USMD Cleburne pushes these guys have lost all objectivity to mask Politics I showed up for my appointment 3/6/23 with my mask about my neck that I can breath with. I'm instantly treated like an animal by office staff and shoved in a room until Holly can see me I am made an obstacle for the other patience to see "this is what happens if you don't wear their mask", your embarrassed placed in time out the visit the previous month was just as wild the Doctor's know about my lung damage their treating me for it for heaven sake. The folks at USMD Cleburne is lost no chance for fair and equitable treatment with sincere motives nothing resembling good faith just politics. I have endured worse in my life for less I walked away. I don't know if the doctors are hiding behind the staff it doesn't matter I will not be treated like a animal or made to feel less than a human, update your mask policy ! , I walked away"

"I am new to Cleburne. From my first phone call to set an appointment to seeing Gloria at the front desk I was treated with hospitality. The staff is considerate, caring, and professional. My insurance company made a mistake and they worked with me to correct it right then to keep my new patient appointment. I am so glad I found this clinic. Everyone goes above and beyond. The NP Holly spent time to go over my entire medical history and discuss my current concerns. I never felt rushed. I felt heard and assured I was receiving the best care."

"My dad was seeing Dr. Bsiso who was very good. He transferred to Dallas so we were moved to Dr. Vafadari. When we went for our next appt., we were told our appt hadn’t been transferred to Dr. Vafadari and we didn’t have an appt. We drove 40 minutes to the appt and were less than pleased. So we saw the PA and he was out of the room more than he was in it. We were unable to discuss all the items needed because of errors and him leaving the room so many times. We finally got 2 referrals and one prescription. 5 days later the referrals were still not sent nor was the prescription. I called numerous times and when I finally got a callback, the employee was quite snippy. This issue of the referrals and the prescription stills haven’t been completely resolved. We are changing doctors. The doctors may be good but the office doesn’t pay attention to details and their attitude is rude."
