"Front staff and therapists deserve 5 stars. My child loved therapy with them. Owners/ management deserve Negative stars. My child's sessions were cut from 1hour then to 45 minutes lastly to 30 minutes. I pay a 40 dollar copay. I requested to return to at least 45 min sessions, I was told my insurance only approved for 30 minute sessions. I called my insurance provider and they emailed me the policy. Time frame of sessions is not limited only number of sessions. I again requested more time. I again was told owner denied the request. I mean I can only imagine how much money they make from cutting all childrens sessions down to half the time and getting in double the amount of claims! I have found another center that will give us more time. I recommend you keep looking else where for services as owners/management here are more concerned about quantity of claims than quality of time issued to children in need of services."
