"Update: I have had two more stellar visits to this location since my initial review. One, the same Amanda AND the store GM went out of their way to help me find a single folder solution to solve a problem for someone else. What a great, caring team. Second, today I had a simple pickup at the print center that was not ready yet. Nick was super-kind and got my order ready without hesitation and with the best attitude ever about it. No other store has a staff like this one. I even usurped a few extra minutes of Nick's time talking to him which he was gracious about. This store just has people you just wanna hang out with and be around. Original review: Had a couple of print orders that I juggled over the weekend and they printed em great every time. The biggest thing for me, I went in on Saturday and their whole store system was down! Like...no computers. I still got great service at the print counter with a terrific attitude and good help. I had to go back on Monday to get the rest of my order printed and the same solo employee (Maybe Amanda? Not sure.) there was dealing an obnoxious woman who was enthralled in her phone and probably not making life easy, with a guy trying to print from his laptop and really needing some hand-holding, a guy at the self serve printer who was printing with his document upside down so it was coming out blank, and a coworker behind her counter using the paper cutter who clearly could have at least helped her field some people and be courteous, but no he was ignorant that there were even customers there. She handles all of us like a pro. I saw everyone getting attention and no one neglected or waiting too long at all. She even had to reprint my stuff because they had done it on too heavy of paper (as a nice gesture but not what I needed). Anyway, she was awesome. Great attitude, good smiles, and courteous to all of us. I am pretty sure I woulda lost my job telling off the entitled woman. So kudos to today's Office Depot print center experience!"

"Purchased ink for my printer and was told I got a discount due to a coupon that was available. Instead, I was charged an extra $10 as a contribution to a school. When I pointed this out the clerk tried unsuccessfully to undo it. When he was unable he called for a manager for assistance. The manager reversed the transaction, gave me my discount and gave me even more off my purchase. He was very kind and helpful and apologized for the error and thanked me for my patience."
