"Horriable there phones haven't been working for the last week or so I called all locations. I went to pick up my son's meds for pain. Pharmacy tried calling they said no answer. I called today it stated that they are closed when they are in face open. When it come sto vaccines they rsrely have them. We also have to go somewhere else. Getting referrals is a huge pain. Time to find another provider. Wprse place ever"

"The staff and doctors seemed nice. My wait wasn't as long as others say in their review, maybe 30 minutes. I had a problem with those answering the phones when I tried to call. I was hung up on twice and put on hold another time. I did talk to the office manager who was very apologetic. It hasn't happened since. Just make sure you get a name prior to stating your business or you will get hung up on with no idea who you were talking to."

"The staff at this particular location needs some type of customer/patient service training. Don't take me wrong, Dr. Armendariz is an outstanding, caring and professional doctor. He has helped my mom with some health issues like high blood pressure, diabetes and Cholesterol. My mom no longer takes meds for these health issues. I give him a 5 star rating. Today we took my mom to the Gateway East location, that's because Dr. Armendariz was on some well deserved vacation. We arrived at 10:45 for our 11:15 appointment, we were seen at 1:30 because my mom's chart was pushed back and no one could give us an explanation. My mom had ulcers on her buttocks and she was already in a lot of pain. My sister and I got up and kept telling them when was she gonna be seen. All we were told for one hour was "She's next". Never again we will be going to this clinic, we rather go to the clinic on Shadow Mountain. Oh and there's this front desk girl with a really bad Brazilian butt that is rude and mean to patients."
