"Nearly $2000 for a 15-minute appointment (WITHOUT seeing a physician) to establish care with no underlying medical problems or complaints. Yes, I am insured. I was told I'd only be charged $50 for copay, and $200 MAX by the phlebotomist in the event insurance would decline coverage for all blood work. I reached out to the clinic in October to appeal and have followed up with the clinic weekly for updates. Today, I am told by my insurance that she submitted the same codes without changing anything. Im not the smartest person, but if you try something once and it gets denied, chances are, if you do the same thing again, that too will get denied."

"It's a hit or miss with these guys. After my telehealth visit with one nurse practitioner, I was immediately transferred over to make a follow-up appointment with someone in the scheduling department and it was handled. However, that last follow-up was with a different NP. After that telehealth visit, I was to make another follow-up. Instead I was put on hold for a good while and then hung up on. If your call is missed, you get to leave them messages, but there's never a response."

I had to reschedule an appointment because I couldn't make it to the onsight lab due to work hours, and had to schedule labs on weekend at alternate location.
