"Stinks like cigar smoke cause the doc smokes inside. Front desk lady lied to me and said it was a customer when the doc has tobacco stains on his fingers. Also he sat on the examination table to examine my daughters back and told her to bend over in front of him and touch her toes as he had his hands on her waist from behind as he sat on the examination table. Thats really Weird plus he hadn't changed out the wrinkled paper for face part of table from the previous patient and made my daughter lay on it. He has a smokers hack which is gross!!"
"Real bad service from the front desk. Just make the drive a few miles further"
"Rude. The gentleman on the phone had to repeat himself because I guess I didn't hear him the first time and gave me attitude because he had to repeat himself. Customer service skills very poor. So I didn't bother making the appointment. There's other chiropractors in town I recommend trying them before trying these guys."
"I went to have an adjustment. The lady who worked there tried and tried to crack my back and couldn't. She made my back so much worse. She blamed it on one of my legs being longer then the other and was interested in trying to sell me her insoles for my shoes then adjusting my back. I've never had a problem getting my back adjusted. I will never go back."
