"This clinic doesn't like native Americans if your any other race I'm sure it's fine. I've tried to use my native care there twice and have been turned away upon looking at the card. They don't even want to try. They dont even call the insurance. I've used it all over the country as well as other members of my family. Loved the doctor the first time I went and paid cash again because they saw native and said nope. However the receptionist are quite rude. I personally won't return doctor is nice but her staff is very lacking in manors and basic human empathy."
"Response to patients in serious matters is unorganized and somewhat delayed but doctor Gloria lowis is excellent and if some one should go to this place she is enough reason to do so as she is professional and give best care for patients hope staff and nurses will learn from her so the place will be perfect."
"Idk how they have a 4.7 rating(Look at all the 1 star reviews recently!!!)Total amateur hour here, from the front desk to my nurse. Front desk took my insurance/ID and completely forgot about me and made me wait for 20 minutes until I had to remind her. The nurse who took my blood samples for lab work THREW THEM AWAY! I only found this out after calling for info after never receiving notice of my results. Very poorly ran operation here."
"Went to get help for my mental health, and was told that I would have to be evaluated by the cops before they could give me anything to help. Instead, they wanted to have me sit there while people WHO ARE NOT TRAINED in mental health help poke and prod me to decide if I needed medication. So I had to sign that stupid "refusal of medical advice" form just to even leave. Irony is that a month ago, My SO went up there and he was able to get medication and help with no questions asked. I feel like I've been discriminated against for being a woman that needed mental health help. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND"
