"I received a bill (statement date sept 7th) for $20 which was due by Sept 28th. Today (sept 26th) I received a letter dated Sept 18th from a debt collector that the debt had been bought by them. So NWPG sent it to debt collection before it was due. Thanks a lot!"

"My blood work was coded incorrectly causing my insurance not to cover it. I had to work with my insurance, LabCorp and the doctors office staff to get this corrected and it took months. I had to do all the research and make all the phone calls myself. LabCorp and my insurance were very helpful but the office staff was not until the very end. Thankful this has finally been resolved but I will not be back."

"0/10 do not recommend. Dr McGilvery is great but the rest of the office is HORRIBLE. Do not trust them with your care. I’m not sure what’s worse their incompetence or their disrespect and hatefulness towards patients. I’ve never been talked to by health care providers they way I have in this clinic. I can’t get anything done because office staff won’t do their jobs. Literally have to call multiple times to try and get them to do their jobs. People come to these places for help and expect people to know how to do their jobs not to be bullied disrespected and have to tell them how to do their jobs. Also have reached out to office management multiple times with zero response. They do not care about their patients."

"Dr. Cazzola and the staff are all very professional, compassionate, kind, caring. They are always willing to go above and beyond to assist the patient. Dr. Cazzola always explains everything and wants to make sure you understand. I have been his patient for over 30 years. So now I drive to Canyon because he has my complete trust. He truly cares about each one of his patients and spends the time necessary with each one. He is an amazing doctor and has an amazing staff!"
