"Terrible place. I went for a cleaning and they tried their best to upsell mechanical tooth brushes then told me I had two cavities. I got a second opinion and turns out the “cavities” didn’t exist. They turned up the contrast on the x-rays to make it look like I had thin spots on my teeth. THEN they charged me almost $300 but didn’t have my apartment number and never gave me a phone call so I was never contacted so they sent me to collections. Now I’m in the process of filing suit to straighten everything out."

"Carly was great—super friendly; our kids really liked her. All 5 family members enjoyed our visits. The receptionist is very nice and worked to get us all in before school started. Relieved not to be at Dental Associates anymore after being forced to pay nearly $1000 for routine cleanings we were told would be covered. Upfront payment there was stressful; Full smile doesn’t do that, thankfully."

"It seems as though this place will not fix all of the problems when they are initially found. I have insurance that allows me to have an annual check up and a certain number of cleanings a year. My suspicion is that they don’t fix issues all at once so that they can bill my insurance several times throughout the year instead of one time a year which costs me more money which means they get paid more from me AND my insurance. I can’t trust a dentist that finds a cavity every 6 months. I’ve been to a self pay dentist, and he would always review his findings in detail. He would tell me I have some spots that look like signs of decay and offer to either fill them or “patch” them. This dentist gave no indication of potential cavities, but miraculously found one 6 months later. I was hesitant to try this dentist as I saw another review suggesting this operation is only in it for your money and that they delete negative reviews. My would recommend using this place as a last resort."
