"This place is in the business of filing your insurance for services that was not performed. They have their front office receptionist telling people if you are here for an annual don’t discuss any issues or it turns into an office visit, fail to mention if a doctor refers you to someone else they feel they can say that is an office visit. They sent a lab out and charged my husband a fee for dropping the specimen off , and then charged him a visit for that! I’ve never in my 12 years of being in the medical field have seen such dishonest people. I’m contacting my insurance to file a complaint against them and will be filing a formal complaint with Texas Health and human services Dept for insurance fraud against FMC. Stay away from this group in Canyon they are dishonest people!"

"This place has changed , not for the better. My wonderful nurse practitioner, Jennifer Turner, left FMC when they called me and told me and tried to get me to use another doctor, I didn’t want to use the others. I cancelled all of my up coming visits and they sent me a fee for not cancelling. The lady that I talked to was so rude and arrogant that I would NOT go back there. Hopefully she has left by now. Becareful if you go there, they must really be hurting for cash."

"From the moment I walked in to the time I left I felt at home. Incredible staff that were happy to help, joke with and assist their clients. Impressed that there is still places that care this much to take care of hurting people. Since I've been there, I've bragged about the quality of service to friends and family. I hope not to have to visit again soon, however I look forward to going again to visit with everyone. Thanks for an incredible visit and thanks for getting me back to a healthier state."

"Beware of Dr Clarke, his nurse, and any need for medical records at this practice. After weeks and weeks of ample time to complete paperwork for my elderly parent, Dr Clarke refused all avenues to help his patient into a living center. He would not even schedule a telehealth appointment for his existing patient to alleviate any concerns and gather any additional information needed. Dr Clarke, his nurse, and Aubrie Taylor in medical records repeatedly stonewalled the family’s request for status updates, next steps, etc. Dr Clarke’s unethical lack of continuity led our family to file complaints against him and this practice with the Texas medical board. Understand this - the practice may get you in for visits, but should you need something from them, expect no response, help or care whatsoever."

"I’ve been a patient at this facility for 2 years. Today I showed up to an appointment only to be told that my insurance is no longer accepted. Why schedule me for an appointment then? Guess I’ll just have suffer with pain throughout this holiday season until I find another PCP. I would not recommend this facility to my friends or family."
