"My experience at this clinic was poor. Come to find out this is an extension of Jeffery Gunter out of California. My first red flag was the practitioner seeing me was not a doctor nor did I see one through my several visits. She was very standoffish. I had two biopsies done which took 6 weeks to get the results in and had flat warts frozen on my hands. I had so many nearly the entirety of the back of my hands are now scarred. After that did not solve the warts, I asked if there was an alternative treatment, I was met with the response of "I don't have anything else like that here, I can freeze more or you can go" (paraphrasing) so I left and saw another doctor in canyon coming highly recommended and he assured my suspicion about freezing not being the right treatment, as well as there not being an actual doctor in that clinic. In less than 15 minutes I was out with a diagnosis and a cream that has since solved the wart problem and did not cause any further damage to my skin. My troubles did not end there. I stopped seeing this clinic in July of 2023 and was still recovering bills into January of 2024. The billing system is based on California, the clinic here has no control over it, it's essentially third party. Save yourself a headache and possibly damage to your skin and get a referral to another doctor."
