"I have had my cat groomed here once before and had no issues with the service. I was very happy with the way my cat looked. Today I had an appointment scheduled for 11am. When my boyfriend went to drop my cat off no one was there. Both he and I have called a number of time to see what was wrong with no answer or return calls. I am very disappointed with the lack or response and reliability."

"I have a (super curly) golden doodle and am new to figuring out grooming. James took his time with my pup, spared as much fur as he could, and answer all my questions about grooming!"

"Friendly staff. Nice job with the grooming. Bardstown Road parking without a dedicated lot but was able to find a spot easily enough with our later in the day appointment. Waiting room/reception area is nicely done though without air conditioning —-but they will phone you when your pup is ready. Very nice manner with the animals. Not forcing or stressing the dogs which we appreciate. No canine perfumes or bandannas, which seems more natural. Just smelled and felt clean after their grooming. Typically priced."

James did a wonderful job with both of my dogs, and didn't even blink when my dog peed all over the reception desk (so embarrassing!) The price is right on point for the awesome quality of work he does, and I won't be bringing my pups anywhere else!"

"A Cut Above is great! 1. I brought my girl Sweetie, who was VERY stinky from being in the mud, to get groomed and they did an AMAZING job. She smells wonderful and is so soft now. 2. They always reply quickly to messenger when setting appointments. 3. They have a great location in the highlands very close to my apartment and school! I will definitely come back regularly."
