"Very disappointed in this agency. Does not return voicemails or emails. Secondary phone number was not made available until after we wasted 17.00 for a Lyft to the location to pick out a cat that was published on website. We were informed that the computer made an error. I argue with that because information has to be input by a human. On arrival had to wait nearly 10 minutes before 1 of three of the workers behind counter even acknowledged our existence. When I asked about ID tag for my dog I was advised that the shelter does not make them. I again had to argue because I've purchased tags for my pets several times at this location."

"I had to bring in a beautiful dog I found on Broadway. The take in process went pretty smooth on checking in the little girl. It was clean, and the people were friendly. Staff answered my questions and were informative."

"I can not thank LMAS enough! The employees are truly heaven sent. We adopted our puppy Kylo from animal house and we were so impressed with how clean and nice Animal House is. I was interested in fostering and Stephanie, Kristen and everyone else set me up with absolutely EVERYTHING I needed to foster two puppies that came into the shelter. It was such a great experience and my dog did so well with taking them under his wing. Once they got adopted we fostered another dog that we ended up adopting from them! The process is so quick and easy. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I appreciate the hard work they do for our community."
