"I had my surgery here and a 3 day recovery. I was not looking forward to this, but my hospital experience was very pleasant. The rooms were peaceful, the “room service” was awesome, and the nurses were great. Malissa was the best nurse. I ended up back a month later for a minor set-back and she was my nurse again and it was great. If you have to go to the hospital, this one was a good experience for me."
"Don't send your loved ones here! They left stitches in with no orders for removal, when doscharged, upon infection they had us bring her back, then left a drain pudischarged, and didn't put anything in discharge papers or instructions to her long term care facility about it. Her facility doesn't have medical services so because hospital screwed up we have to figure out where to take my very ill mother for next 5 to 7 days with medical services. I'm shocked at the lack of care this hospital provided, they have a huge problem with how they release patients."
"Life savers with dedication and commitment. After reading other reviews that are more negative, I feel this facility and staff will strive for improvement. As for my month-long stay, I was treated with the utmost care and consideration by caring, sincere staff and doctors. Never did I feel neglected or brushed off. I was in the Jackson building after ICU and felt that my own family was taking care of me. Lesley at night was the sweetest and I truly felt good about my care and looked forward to her rounds. Biji made me feel as if I was a member of her own family. I was in 311, and it was a beautiful room, and the food was delicious and I looked forward to every meal. Everyone got me pudding to take my pills easier. My rehab was a success due to the dedication of my therapist, Neil, and the entire PT/OT staff. In other words, THANK YOU ALL"
"A tremendous thanks to the ER and hospital staff. They literally saved my life. I was in the Hospital for 4 days with severe Food poisoning. I know that doesn't sound terrible but I was sepsis and had a fever of 104.3. The staff was tentative and patient. They made sure I was as comfortable as I could possibly be. They even made sure my wife's stay with me was as least stressful as possible. I will always come to you with all of my emergency needs. My nurses were fantastic. Shout to Leigha, Ashley, Cindy, Cher, Nurse in Training Raquel, and anyone one elses name I didn't get because I was in and out for the first 2 days. The pathology and radiology departments were amazing too. Thank you Dr. Bantu for all of y'all's expert care. I am alive because of all of you. I can't thank you enough. Chris K"
"I had a heart procedure performed here. From walking in, I was greeted with smiles. The nursing staff, and there was a lot of them, treated me like I was their own family. I am over an hour away and will still use this facility for any future procedures. Having had 17 surgeries in other hospitals, this was the BEST experience ever. Highly recommend!!"
