"My 6 month old puppy, partner, and I were on a walk and the sidewalk ended here at the wagging tails parking lot. It appears a man is chopping at the bit to come outside and threaten to call the police on you. No I am not lost friend, the sidewalk ended I was trying to get back to the Bear Grass Creek Greenway. He told me we couldn't walk there as it was blocked off (it wasn't). I proceeded to walk through the girl scouts side of the parking lot as that building had a sidewalk. The angry man called the police and yelled at me despite us NOT proceeding to the Greenway through the woods behind the building. He was directing us to walk on the side of busy Lexington road which was less comfortable with our puppy. He watched us, phone-to-ear, walk until out of sight. This experience makes me cringe thinking about how those dogs are treated. I would avoid at all costs."

"Don't stand on the corner of the parking lot to interact with the Pokemon Gym. Some guy will come out of the building, shine a flashlight on you and threaten to call police. What an absolute psychopath. I hope he gets the mental heath help he needs."

"Do not send your dogs here!! We had a terrible experience. It appears they were neglected. Upon picking up our dogs, one remained so anxious it seemed he was having a panic attack. We discovered he chewed all of his hair off his back hip and underside given his extreme anxiety in their conditions. We urgently took him to the vet where they were able to heal him with antibiotics, anti inflammatory and pain meds. He remains very anxious and subdued, hiding under chairs displaying avoidance behavior. I highly recommend you don’t go here!!!"

"Stopped there in mybigtrick to check the facility put just now. Fat baldheaded guy talked to me like I was some criminal. Literally had to talk myself down before I knocked his teeth out. Had I not been in a company truck is had handled it a little different. Ill never go there or send my dogs. What staryes the whole thing is he was kicking one on the poor dogs and I said something. So please don't risk the safety of your babies. I hope the dogs owners find out and sue them."

"After booking a week ahead..they refused to take our dog who shows some aggression toward other dogs...even though he will never come into actual contact with another one. I asked for assistance in finding another kennel as our need was immediate and she just walked out on me. When another person came in, she finally returned to the waiting area and when she saw me she rudely said, we are finished here. We are not taking your dog. They should have asked me appropriate queations before booking."
