"When we arrived we were told the elevator was broken. I couldn't get a refund since the manager was not there and he wouldn't be there till the next day. We just sucked it up amd stayed since we already paid. We later learned that ot had been broken since the summer of 2023. We got into the room and noticed the shower had a brown ring and was dirty. We were only given 2 towels, there were 4 of us in the room. When we spoke to the manager about the cleanliness he said they only clean the rooms every 14 days. We ended up just cleaning everything ourselves. There is no parking at night due to the parking lot being shared with a clinic and they will tow your vehicles from their side of the lot. My Husband went to the gym and he said the NONE of the equipment worked properly."

"I’ve been at this hotel for about a month now 2nd time at this hotel. The staff in the evenings is great the management sucks. The elevator is out and has been for longer than I’ve been here. I tried to change rooms and management says I can’t move rooms unless it’s a medical reason but the room wasn’t a handicap room. They say they don’t know when the elevator will be fixed but still have to pay full price for the room. I had to go buy a hand dolly to get all my stuff to the 3rd floor. They are suppose to clean the rooms every 14 days but mine just got cleaned a couple days ago after notifying the front desk a couple times. If I didn’t have so much stuff to move to another hotel I’d be gone from here. Rooms are nice evening staff is wonderful but to much money to have to climb stairs every time you have to go to your vehicle because management won’t update and upgrade the elevator. They would rather put band-ads on it and it goes out again! Don’t waist the time and money to stay here. Oh and if you ask for the corporate number they say they don’t have it. If I could give service a zero I would just because of management"

"If I could rate this as zero stars I would. The hotel smells like weed and is considered an apartment complex to the staff. They don't care about people feeling unsafe in their "hotel". Elevator is still broken and my daughter who broke her foot had to hobble up 4 flights of stairs to our room where we were scared to leave. They announced our room to the whole lobby where a guy heard it and was oh that's over this way. Than proceed to see him multiple times thought-out the evening walking by our room. Only reason we stayed 1 night is since it was late and had no where else to go and I had already been charged for the room. I will NEVER recommend or stay at this hotel again. Full of drug users and homeless people."
