"Front desk was friendly, check in was easy, however building seems to be old. Yet, the rooms were clean and slightly modern touch. 1st disappointment is seeing 2 roaches crawling on the table. 2nd disappointment is the house keeper knocked and tried opening the door at 9am 2 hours before check out and almost caught me changing. And came back 30 minutes later and trying to do the same thing and that's when I had to go outside and tell her. That it's not 11 o'clock yet. And then finally she apologizes but I still felt rushed before check out."
"Clean and friendly, no extra charge for the dogs, small fridge and microwave in room Nice gras area for the dogs We paid extra for a kingbed The blanket was too thin and not king The two chairs at the table were very hard uncomfortable We had to ask for more towels, they were very thin and small No napkins in holder The coffee in the lobby was cold Maintenance knocked on door too early"

"Trying to price out motels for traveling job and Called multiple times and call kept going to voicemale and person picked up phone on the last one that had gone through then they hung up. Then they disconnected the phone to prevent any calls from going through... very unprofessional"
"The first thing I noticed when I walked in was three cigarette burns on the bed cover of my non-smoking room. In the morning, I saw a live cacaroach in the room. Besides this, the rooms looked updated and nice. If the things mentioned were fixed, I would stay here again. Oh, and the cleaning lady was nice. She gave me a bucket and showed me where the ice machine was so I could fill up my ice-chest."
