"I booked the hotel online and canceled within 5 minutes because I realized that the location was georgetown, Texas and not Colorado. I tried to talk to the owner about a refund because it was an honest mistake and they refused. Very inhumane. No heart behind the owner of this hotel they don't care about people at all."

"Great price, good quality beds bring your own pillow. The breakfast bar is cearel, coffee, hot water, 800w microwave, and micro fridge. Walking distance to a few good restaurants."

"Room was nice. Sleep good but I had trouble with my car just needed a jump and the night guy couldn't do it, asked me to come back in the morning. So I did after walking to a parts store to get some cables . Went to the front desk and the guy that was working front told me they couldn't help me . Wheres the Hospitality with this place . Won't stay here again."

"Fellow Oklahomans going to the Two Step Inn Festival - KEEP DRIVING!! This website catfished us with such nice pictures, but the place is dirty, musty, and the front desk person was incompetent at refunds when we requested to cancel our stay after we arrived to such deplorable conditions. We understood we couldn't get a refund for the day we checked in, but we could for the following 2 days. However instead of refunding the money, they charged the card two extra times resulting in quite a financial mess due to it being a weekend and not being able to speak to anyone at the bank. I don't even know how this place is still in business unless it's because of hookers and drug addicts (and unsuspecting travelers like we were). The lobby is dim and dirty, the ceramic on the tub was peeling, the toilet leaked at the base, the lights in the room didn't work, and there was dog food on the dirty floor. All other hotels were sold out for the night and we had no other choice but to stay, so we went to Walmart and bought our own towels, sheets and pillow cases, and bought bleach to clean everything and still opted to stand on towels while we showered. Camping in tents is cleaner than this place! There honestly isn't one nice thing I can say about this motel other than it's close to San Gabriel Park, which is the reason we needed a place to stay."

"Do not stay here unless you have to. I was going to stay here for 2 nights but when I checked in I got to my room and it was completely over run by crickets. 20-30 all around the room. I went back to the office, said I can't stay here in this condition, they offered an alternative room which also had several crickets in the room. The office said it's just the climate and that's just how it is there implying the problem is universal which was obviously bogus. I left, checked into another hotel down the way and had no cricket issues. Even without the cricket issue the place was extremely run down. No refund offered, nor given."
