"I recently moved into Citizen House - Wolf Ranch and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I arrived, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The apartment itself is modern, well-maintained, and offers everything I need for comfortable living. The amenities, from the fitness center to the communal spaces, are top-notch and add so much value to the living experience. Plus, the location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. "The community is full of fantastic views! I just moved in and have a tree line view from the first floor! The community is off of the main road so I do not hear any major road traffic. The road to the community is private so the only cars coming down the road are the people who live here. Also, I get awesome perks like discounts, gifts, and points that help pay my rent just by living here. It's pretty cool!"

"I recently toured this new Community and was so impressed by the special touches to the units, the pool and club house are beautiful. Staff was very nice, patient, and informative. The location is not far from the Wolf Ranch Town Center. My favorite thing was the amazing hill country view. This is definitely on the top of my list ."

"This apartment community is nothing short of amazing. I don't post reviews about anyone or anything...ever, but I had to with this experience. This community is brand new. All of the amenities are top notch. They have a business center that's unmatched to previous places I've lived. Really fancy. Their onsite gym is almost done and it's really nice. 1) The office staff here are the most accommodating and most thorough that I've experienced. I've dealt with a lot of apartment community offices in the past. Example: Their grand opening isn't for another week or so. I needed to move by a certain date, and they had a construction delay that would set me back a while. I explained my situation and they made sure to have a fully-functional, ready to live in apartment expedited and prepared for me. In fact, it was the unit I liked the most and I'm attaching my balcony view to this review. 2) The pricing is reasonable and I feel like I'm definitely getting my money's worth. 3) Again, this place is brand new and I'm using everything for the first time. I can keep going, but you can see this community is top notch and impressive. ***Note: I don't work for them, and I'm writing this review because of the reasons above. I feel like I found a secret apartment community that no one else knows about."
