"I don’t even know where to begin. My son lived at this park for several years. Dealing with the landlord is an absolute nightmare. He treats you like he is a collection agency and bothers you on holidays and at all hours of the night. I was paying the rent for my 25 year old son and it was always paid every month but if he didn’t have some thing on midnight on the first, he would start blowing you up. My son passed away on July 2 of this year it was sudden. He had a brain aneurysm that we didn’t know about and died instantaneously when he was alone at our shop. By the time I was notified of his death, I had already paid the rent. I notified the landlord immediately of my son‘s passing and that I would be removing his trailer as soon as possible. As a single mom, it cost me $10,000 to have services for my son. I asked that he refund the difference of the rent after I had the trailer removed and he would not respond to me . I did a charge back on my card and he’s now fighting it through the bank. I could never in 1 million years put a family through what he is putting a family through during the hardest time someone could experience in life. He has no conscience he does not care , and it is very much all about money. Please don’t put your loved ones here or stay here on a long-term basis with someone who has values and morals, such as his. Money is truly the root of all evil. And the owner is a prime example. By staying at his RV resort, is supporting his behavior, and how he treats other human beings. Update - after writing this TRUE review the owner and some lady went onto my business page @BNB Signs & Car Wraps and gave one star reviews. Let me be REAL clear. I have not ever worked for this man nor have a ever even quoted a job for him. So not only does he completely disregard and disrespect my sons passing but now he wants to hurt how I take care of my one surviving child. Please go check it out, this speaks for his character all on its own. Definitely grounds for a defamation law suit if nothing else."

"Stayed here for 2 months while I worked in the area… it was quiet. Nice neighbors. Right by the River. Management is responsive. Had no major issues at all. Served it’s purpose for my stay, would stay again. Felt safe the entire time."

"Lived here for 4 months and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, friendly people, and gorgeous views. Both the owner and manager were kind, helpful, respectful, and patient, and worked hard to help make my stay comfortable and memorable. Definitely recommend."
