"Came in town for a basketball tournament. It was located 2 miles from the gym, so it was perfect. Check in was quick and easy, clean lobby, and decent parking considering many events occurring. Our room was nothing special. It had a faint mildew smell to it. I could not pinpoint where it was coming from. We only stayed a few hours, so I figured we'd be OK. However, the water pressure was with luke warm water. The shower head definitely needs to be cleaned. I got out feeling like I took a bird bath vs. the hot shower I needed after a long day at the courts. For $140, there's not much to complain about, but it's for sure a small click away from a motel."

"Check your credit card statements. Faith at the front will gladly swipe your card 4 times when you check in and not say a word until you realize you've just been charged $800 for a one night stay the next day. For this type of experience and customer service I could of just stayed at 1 star motel. Horrible first impression. Literally nothing fancy about this place. I've stayed in Holiday Inns that were more accommodating and professional. Never again."

"We are enjoying our stay here for Christmas! The staff has been amazing to us, even my kids commented how the staff was so nice and not rude to them! We had to go out for a last minute Christmas gift and forgot to get wrapping paper, but one of the staff members was on it! Elena Becerra wrapped the gift for us and did a great job! We are so appreciative of the helpfulness of the staff including Doug and Kevin and their great attitudes from the moment we walked in!"

"Very bad experience. Stayed on second floor, Noisiest Hotel I have ever stayed at. Don’t think about getting to sleep before 11PM due to the live band across the street. It was so loud that I could understand all the lyrics in my room. We could hear doors slamming below us, was one bang right after another all night long. I believe that it was the staff going in and out of the storage and kitchen doors in the hallway below us. Convenient location for going to see the Stars play, Room was spacious, Bed was comfortable, Room was mostly clean except for the shower (The glass door was the only part that didn’t have small hairs, Had to clean the shower), Carpet had multiple burn spots, On the third night we lost water and could not flush toilet."
