"There were 2 ladies at the front desk on January 16th that was soooo helpful . They help me reserve their banquet room. Customer service was excellent. One of them took me to the room and allowed me to view it. She was amazing!! Thank you sooooo much!!!"
"This review is more for Chesei than it is for the hotel. She is so cheerful and pleasant. She is exactly the person any business would want for their customer facing relationships. My wife and I stayed the night and she was at the counter in the morning. As we ate breakfast we both remarked on how great she was so I thought it was worth a review!"
"The room was comfortable yet the carpet contributed to my sinus/allergies. Always ask for the top floor due to children running and stomping up down late night and in the middle of the night. Front desk addressed the concerned but it stopped briefly. Breakfast was fine except the pancake machine was inoperable. Right off the busy highway where construction is still underway."
