"I trusted the reviews and booked this hotel and had the worst service! The staff were rude and called me a billion times to remind me of the shuttle I asked to take me back to the airport (almost an hour earlier than I requested) and when we were ready we ended up having to Uber because they didn't tell us it was on a schedule. The hotel smelled like weed and there was construction so I didn't sleep and then when I did was rudely awakened. I wouldn't recommend it here. The Hampton Inn was much more incredible and friendly and I would recommend staying there."

"Room was absolutely perfect and I thought insane value for price. Pillows weren’t my favorite and turning heat on was a little confusing but front desk, Genari helped. She worked so quickly and efficiently, and was so nice and endearing. I got there at the same time as 6 or 7 other parties and she moved so fast and got through us all unbelievably quick even with the phone ringing off the hook. She definitely made my stay!! Shuttle and location were also perfect for the airport, especially early morning flights. And was even walking distance to gas station for snacks!"

"Stayed here before our flight to the Caribbean. The rooms are very clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast was good, although there was less choice than at other BW's that we've stayed at. The staff are great. The hotel is just down the road from the airport and has a shuttle. Perfect place to stay."

"A very comfortable and convenient overnight stay during a flight layover. The airport shuttle pickup was prompt, the staff very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was very satisfactory! Could hear some noise during early evening which wasn’t an issue but was super quiet over night! Would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"I had a great experience at the hotel for a two-night stay recently. There are lots of negative reviews for hotels in the area, but my experience at the Best Western IAH was very positive. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was modern and clean. Breakfast was simple but adequate. While the staff did say that there are sometimes issues with the shuttle service (it serves multiple properties in the area), I didn't experience and problems and it arrived early for my scheduled time."
