"Awful customer service from a super shady business. I came in a week ago and bought a product for an already steep price of $50. I had no problem paying that to support a local business plus the young man that helped me was very personable/kind. I came in today to buy the exact same product and was charged $65!!!! I told the worker Sarah that the price was wrong and showed her receipts of what I paid last week and she said the other coworker must’ve made a mistake and they’ve had people getting in trouble for “discounting” their stuff. I tried to return it right then when I realized they were stealing from me. Then she points to a small sign hidden in the corner, that blends in with their red wall conveniently, saying no returns. She wouldn’t give me my money back and she never mentioned sales being final until I already paid. I went back in to try and get some help either honoring the price I paid last time or returning the product but she just constantly gave me attitude and brushed me off trying to get me to leave. I never once was rude or anything to these people and I’ve been a repeat customer but this employee supposedly named “Sarah” solidified the loss of my business for sure. Whatever you do make sure to avoid this completely unprofessional place that breaks the law and sells to minors"
