"I got the Texas sized donut, a glazed, and a dozen holes. I'll start with the glazed because it's what saved my rating from being a 3. The sign says you can get warm glazed anytime and the warm glazed was great. While I'm sure the donut is made the same as the Texas and the holes, the ratio of glazed exterior and bread interior was just about right. It made for one of the better glazed I've had in a long time. Unfortunately, the same bread style did not hold up as well for the large donut and not even for the not warm holes. The novelty of the large donut is cool and looks amazing (all around still better than voodoo donuts large donut). It was decent but it did not make me want to devour it like the regular glazed did. And the holes, just more of the same. Not fluffy and not being warm made them not worth finishing. I would go back for the glazed if I was already in town."

"When we visit Austin this is a must visit at Liberty St. Always get their RR glazed donuts , this time also got their kolaches. Though there is always a long queue of cars the friendly staff takes orders at the car window and the service is super quick. The taste of the donut is unique and the texture very airy. Always you would love to have more, always carry back some for my friends . The donut holes are also amazing. A 'must visit' place again."

"The best doughnut ever!!! i’m a doughnut person and this doughnuts were just perfect, i can really tell they are made from scratch everyday, they were super soft. We got a jalapeño kolache that was really good, it was my first time trying it and it was amazing, we also got a cake doughnut that was so soft and delicious, lastly we got the famous texas big doughnut that was perfect, the chocolate covering was also amazing and the glazed part was also really good, really worth the drive and if you come to austin you should definitely go check out this place."

"This place has the best donuts. They’re probably the best I’ve ever had. We were visiting from out of town and my daughter wanted to try them because they’re known for their donuts. We saw the line when we got there and almost left but it moved really quickly. We got a few flavors but I have to say the simple glazed donuts were absolutely amazing. Blueberry cake, limited red velvety, strawberry with sprinkles, Bavarian cream filled chocolate. Can’t go wrong with any of them. Worth a try if you’re visiting the Austin area."
