"Well this day I was abandoned by my Spouse of 20yrs, on Christmas day 2023..... all because I didn't have relations with him after he left me the 1st time... but I have him another chance... but for him to be able to abandoned me in that manner... we had no transportation n no $ to the 27th so a friend of ours so I thought....paid 2 nights in the room...I had been sick... was in ER 2days prior to this... the same morning David said to me he was going to go buy us some drinks and he would be back....well he lied, cause he left the room right b4 9am n I was still in bed I didn't feel good...I knew we would be checking out at 11am... so I was waiting for him to return...but because I had got upset because I was drenched in sweat...well he had turned on the heat... which he never did n4...but because I got upset n said a bad word... that was his reason for leaving....n leaving me as if I was trash....he didn't bother telling me or speaking with me about nothing...just said he was tired of the hollering and bit..hing I did... so he was gone for 11 days 10nights..... this time I didn't have to worry where I was going to live because of walking out of the home we shared....but on Christmas... what he did n made me believe in, was horrible..I spent my 2023 Christmas from 11am to about 5pm when a total stranger gave me a ride out of Tomball, Spouse refused to help & knew I had no transportation or anywhere to put my belongings n I could not walk with them..I begged the entire day pretty much to get told for me to figure it out...I also starved n was thirsty and he also denied me that...God is good that's the only reason I am where I am today, thank you God!!!"

"I'm homeless, just got out of the hospital. Had a friend help check me in. He paid online and no where did they say there is a $50 deposit. I was dropped off with reservations in hand. An Indian lady that doesn't care for ex vets. Said there is a shell about half mile. Go walk and use ATM. they don't accept debit cards. It was 52 degrees, car was stolen at HEB on Main st 2 nights ago and she made me walk. I will never come here again. Ypu can feel people with bad/non Christian hearts. Never go here unless your some kind of junkie. I was only needing to lay down. Its 44 tonight. The woman at the front needs to be fired. I am making friends, I just got my car back tomball PD brought me there to seize it. I had a friend on fb that brought me alot of supplies. She asked and its none of her business whybi let someone come into my room. She stays here, her name is cannot share. Lost her card in my room. The lady says you can't do that. Did I do something wrong when I have full control over my belongings BTW I'm 39 and never lost my wallet or keys. She found it in her room but that was after getting scolded by this woman. The man is nice, Tomball please fire this lady and hire someone who doesn't judge. Worst person I've ever had to deal with. Also. The lady that dropped my belongings off the woman said I only have 1 hour to pick up. Never will stay here again unless she gets fired."

"DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE STRICTLY ABOUT BOOKING ROOMS FOR MONEY NOT TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER WITH A PROPER VISIT/STAY. MY ROOM WASN'T CLEAN!! THERE WAS SOME OLD MOLDED TACO BELL INSIDE OUR MICROWAVE WITH A SUPER STRONG ODOR THAT TELLS ME THAT HOUSE KEEPING DID NOT PROPERLY CLEAN OUR ROOM BEFORE PURCHASE. PLEASE REFRAME FROM THIS LOCATION AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! FAIR WARNING°"

"The guy the desk asked me for my pin number to my Mastercard debit credit card and then told me I need to pay a $100 deposit in case anything happened to the room. He then preceded to argue with me when I told him he did not need my pin number to my card.I would enter it myself and he refused to let me do it. He still wanted it. O think this guy may be a crook. He told me he's been there 15 years and I am surprise he's not in jail yet."

"I am giving 4 stars because we had to stay here for a little over a week while we were between houses. For the price and in this general area, you will not find a cleaner safer place. Most of the people that stay there seem to be construction workers with their white pickups. It is really quiet and clean. No pool, no frills, but a place to stay. My only suggestion would be to have utensils and pots and pans in the units with kitchenettes. But other than that...we had a great safe stay. Which with 3 kids was paramount for us."
