"While I loved Alan and Nikki and think they did a great job, this new management company is making some real positive changes to the property that is not going unnoticed. David has been extremely nice considering he’s walking into a job where people were very loyal to the old employees. He has handled things very well and in a very timely manner. They are revamping the property and bringing it back to life. Two weeks into having this property they have already done insulation which has been needed for years. I’m excited and hopeful for the changes."

"I have lived here for a while and like most places it takes some time for maintenance to come fix things, these new owners and office staff are amazing!! I call with an issue and they come the same day and fix everything! They are super friendly esp David! Fast and efficient. They even gave me a follow up call! Thank you guys!"

"Lived her previously and love the management and loved being close to work but since they have been taken over by a new management company it is terrible they treat the residents terribly and don’t stick to their word I was told to sign my contract on Saturday and they were like why didn’t you and I was like uhm systems were shut down and they kept needing too much information and trying to get my ex husband involved in my decisions and told me he had to sign paperwork for me to stay at the apartment even tho I was already told before the new company that I could keep the apartment and I was told the price and everything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HWRE OR RENTING HERE!!!!!! They have a roach infestation and it was never fixed properly and I had pest control come out every week. It is absolutely disgusting. They are not worth the time Or money and they are supposed to be low income apartments $1400 is not low income."

"I lived at Oakbend for 3 years. I moved out about 4 months ago due to wanting save money for a home. Alan and Nikki are always amazing and super kind! I never had a bad experience with them any time I had an issue with the apartment it was fixed right away. Loved Kingsford! He is super nice he was always sweet to my kids and the pets any time he came to fix something. It was just so refreshing to have an office that took care of what need to be taken care of I've had bad experiences in the past with other places. My neighbors were also great. I had a great experience here. It's also nice that this place is walking distance from main street and schools."

"I just wanted to give Nikki, Alan and Kingston a big shot out! Our ac went out this past summer plus my family is going through a very difficult time but Nikki and Alan both stepped up and helped me from answering my questions to just checking up on us. And Kingston was always professional and finally got everything working. I just want to say thank you to everyone in the office and I appreciate everything they have done for us."
