"Perfect location for work in the hospital plaza. Manager Paulee was very considerate and kind. The two front desk staff at that time were great (Samantha and Cynthia I think). Room was clean with a nice little fridge, microwave, coffee machine. Excellent desk chair (I am quite picky about those). Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good too though a bit more variety wouldn't hurt. Ample parking space. Good wifi. Close to many stores including Walmart. Really 5 stars."

"Pros, staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was good. Cons, dead bug in my shampoo, remote didn't work well at all, hot tub was good however looked green but it could of been the floor, bugs everywhere and in the pool. coffee pot was in the restroom?! I guess u can poop and drink coffee?we paid a little over 300+ and the room did not have a second bed but a pullout which was awful it slanted to the side to wear my 2-year-old fell off of it in the middle of the night.and we had to go get blankets and pillows. I know some hotels charge a fee on your card just in case an accident happeneds, however usually they tell you at the front desk when you sign in when you're handing them your card. All they told us was they just needed a card on file but they won't charge it. However the next morning a charge was attempted from the hotel for $100. When we ask the front desk about it she told us it was a accident fee. Need I remind you we got there at 8:20pm in the night and in the morning at 7:00am we got the notification. There was no incident. When we spoke to the front desk about it and told her there was no incident so why would you charge our card her response was oh that's for the incident we asked what incident cuz there was no incident we hadn't even been there 12 hours. She said oh we're sorry about that but you are paid for two nights so ur good. We booked our room online and paid for it online. I understand like I said some hotels charge a fee however this one never said anything about a fee once we came in and got the room keys. All she said was our card will not be charged they just needed a card on file. But then the next morning they attempted to charge our card $100. It was so not cool. And thankfully we lock our card from being scammed. No washer or dryer for guest and to be honest for the price they charge they should. Also they charged us over $300+ because they said theres a baseball game going on which made us concerned as to why would u charge us a lot for a one bed room. We are a family of four and my two children had to share a bed with us. So we will not be coming back. I do have pictures however this site won't allow me to post them. Very disappointed as I stayed here two years ago and it wasn't like this."

"The entire staff including the front desk and housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. I had a great experience here, the room was the perfect size. The cleanliness of both the room and bathroom made me confident that the housekeepers took their time in knowing how to properly clean to make this a good experience. Front desk was always helpful in any questions I had as well as accommodating in anything I needed. I will definitely be staying here again."

"I would have waited higher than 2 stars, however, I went to on the 2nd day to rent for a week and they told me that I could not rent because they happened on a do not rent list. I Walked up to the front desk and I've never seen The lady before who advise me of this and I don't know how she knew who I was because I had never seen or dealt with her before but she didn't even check the records in the computer or anything like that she just looked at me and told me that you're on a do not rent list you have to leave in 30 minutes. I asked for the 12pm check out time which was advised to me the night before when I rented the one night by a different lady. The lady I rented from saw me outside later that night and asked for a cigarette which I was happy to give her. We talked for a bit and I enjoyed our time together. She told me of a medical problem she had and showed me the xray, an actual xray. MAN, it was impressive, that's all I'll say now about her. She is a very genuine person who is so sweet. The lady the next day told basically to go to Hell about renting for one week. I told please go look at the room. I've been here one night and there is nothing wrong with the room. She said no and told me to leave by 11am and that a 12pm check our time is not an option that the lady whom I gave the cigarette to said was available the night before. Csa/W."

"I like the fact that we are pretty close to everything we need! The front desk were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t have any issues while staying here and the breakfast was delicious and hot! I will definitely be staying here again as it was a comfortable place to be and I enjoyed every minute of my stay with no interruptions or inconveniences. The rooms were a good size and the beds were very so nice I could fall asleep as soon as I laid down, and you can tell the housekeepers do a very good job at making sure the room was cleaned before we checked in. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here as this is my favorite hotel to stay in when I come to this area as they always meet my needs and expectations"
