"I have lived here for almost 8 years now and there have been LOTS of management companies through! The last one was THE worst! Nobody EVER onsite! No return emails! No maintenance requests honored! Ppl not paying due to negligent management then evicting people left & right! Money hungry! Telling residents to move out into a vacant apt so they could renovate and move back in AND raise the rent! Grounds were horrible. Cornerstone is making great improvements and taking care of the residents. I put in 2 requests and both were taken care of in less than a week and on the same day! Nancy always responds, April as well. Jose is great too! I am so thankful to have Cornerstone managing Tomball Ranch!"

"Honestly since the property has went under new management, this has been a better place to call home. The company who owned this property before you could tell did not care about their tenants. This apartment complex had a huge issue with roaches and it seemed every time you put in a request to spray, pest control never showed up & thats what we are paying for. It sucks to pay for a service you’re not receiving. Anywho, in my apartment roaches are no longer an issue & I even got a new dishwasher. The one I had prior to move in was poorly installed but thanks to Cornerstone Properties they took care of it for me. Overall, I am satisfied with the new management and I hope they are here to stay."

"Ima give them a 3 to start off the company that was here first was trash & money hungry . NOW THE NEW MANGER NACY SHE WILL GET THE JOB DONE , ( she gets a 10) I have no complaints about my apartment & I do not have bugs . Whenever some is wrong she get the job done & works with you . The property is really nice ."

"Most of these comments in the last 3 months are outright lies. I've lived here for a year and when I moved in there were major renovations being done on all vacant units. The new management, Cornerstone, is doing an amazing job of cleaning up the property and tenants that caused issues. Those that didn't pay rent or those that never picked up after their pets had to go. Aside for the occasional spider, any pest issues have been immediately remedied thanks to their pest control. They also immediately fixed my disposal when there was an issue and when valet trash refused to do their job, the new management took over in making sure we were taken care of. Nancy, specifically, has been extremely helpful and responsive to any issues I had. There are also no racists in this complex. That's ridiculous. It would never have stood with a Black owner and Hispanic office staff. We love living here and hope we can stay as long as we're able."
