"I frequently used this store for years..now unfortunately had a very bad experience dealing with AJ..my fiance bought me a expensive diamond ring..unfortunately he lost his job and he tried to sell the ring back to AJ..he gave him a pittance of the money on the ring..told him the stone was cracked...we never even got a certificate about the ring..I am very disappointed and ubset being taken like this.."

I was greater by AJ with the utmost enthusiasm and helped me find my dream engagement ring that my wonderful fiance proposed with a few months later. The customer service is so personal and exceeds any other jewelry store I have ever been to. I love going in to get my ring cleaned because he always welcomes me in with a smile and asks us how we are doing and how our wedding planning is coming along! "I took at pocket watch to be repaired only to find out that they didn't do repairs. However to my surprise the Jeweler for no charge gave me a lesson on pocket watches. It turnes out that this railroad watch in unique and the time can only be set by removing the front cover and lifting a very small lever. It was an enjoyable experience and to me says a lot about the character of those that work there. I can't call myself a customer because all the help cost me nothing, but I'm very satisfied and will shop there for the next ring I buy my wife of over 50 years."
