"As an adult who has struggled with autistic tendencies my whole life, I went into this testing with the hopes of being able to get a diagnosis and work accomodations. Instead, I was met with pre-judgement and a lack of open attitude. While everyone was kind, they were by the book and would not change their opinions after initial assumptions were made even when additional evidence was presented. I would not recommend this center for adults as they will not judge you through the same lense."

"The people doing the testing are very kind and it was a pleasure working with them. Their billing and their policies as well as the communication is a nightmare. I had to reach out because no one informed me my results were ready and they said they were withholding them because I had an outstanding bill which they never sent me and I was not made aware of. My insurance covered most of it already and I paid the copay so I didn’t know there was another payment to be made. I looked on the patient portal to try and pay it but they don’t take online payments. When I tried to pay it the options they gave me were to pay by phone or in person. I tried calling the number and selecting option 6 like she said but there was no option 6. I had to give out my credit card information to a person which does not feel secure at all. When I tried to tell the woman on the phone about the hassle that it had been, she cut me off and asked me my name so she could do the payment. I would not go here again. Awaiting my results now."

"They forgot to send me the link to the zoom appt. So, day of the appt, I show up at the office and try calling them. Nothing. Then they send me the link 15 min into the scheduled appt time with ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY from their end for something they screwed up. And charged me for it, of course. It's a shining example of all that is broken in the mental health care system for people who truly need help."

"I would give zero if possible. The appointment itself was fine. Billing however has been the biggest headache of my life. In the probably 2 dozen times I have tried calling I have never had a person pick up. They somehow LOST RECORD of my payment for half of my bill. They just called me again for my other half of the payment, I still don't know if they found record of my first payment, and I called them back 10 minutes later and no answer. These people are impossible and unprofessional. They randomly call me asking for payment when i need to plan my money around being able to pay them but literally cant get someone on the phone to pay them when i do have it. I am not going to hold $4]]00 aside for when these idiots decide to run a business."
