"I've had to come to this location five times for various tests for myself and my nine year old daughter from an MVA. The staff could not be nicer and more accommodating. I couldn't lay flat for the MRI and the staff were so patient helping me down and up again, and propping me up with wedges and pillows. They told me I did a great job and sincerely wished me a fast recovery. I wish I could remember all their names but it was several different people that helped me. My daughter had to have two rounds of testing for traumatic brain injury. Taylor administered the tests and he was phenomenal! He kept her relaxed and told jokes to keep her comfortable. He was so kind and accomodating to me and my other little one while we waited. And then there's Bonnie in the front. She is so nice and helpful! She answered all of our questions and even put a kids movie on the TV for my daughters to watch whole they waited. This is an excellent facility. I hope you never have to have these kind of tests and imaging, but if you do, you'll have a great experience here. Thank you guys so much!"

"This place is a nightmare with terrible service. They shuffled me between the James Casey and Onion Creek locations. While I was driving, a lady called me, saying, "I heard that you are upset. Are you coming?" When I complained, she insisted they sent texts. However, my insurance only authorized the James Casey location, and I question the legality of sharing patient information between two locations without proper authorization in this country. Upon reaching the correct location, I found that they had already scheduled someone else, despite my punctual arrival at 9:15 sharp. It became evident that they were attempting to remove me from the schedule. The lady who took my spot joined the conversation, as the receptionist had briefed her on the situation. Upon my arrival, discussions about me were taking place in front of other patients at the Onion Creek location. A Spanish-speaking lady mentioned that I called after all that. It was surprising. The manager refused to talk to my insurance, making this a horrible place with terrible service that solely aims to extract money. I am reaching out to the owner, Mr. Avery, to encourage better training for their front desk staff regarding HIPAA regulations. Eventually, they informed me that my spot had been given to someone else, leaving me waiting for an unknown period for scanning. When I contacted my insurance to clarify the authorized location, the lady claiming to be the manager refused to talk to them, insisting my insurance only authorized the James Casey location. Despite my insistence on discussing time and privacy, the manager denied providing service. After taking a couple of hours to reflect on this mess, I am relieved that I didn't proceed with the scan. I don't trust a company like this to inject contrast into my veins. Their primary clientele seems to be lawyers who send their clients, painting a picture of a corrupt place that takes advantage of weak and low-income individuals. I question if they even have qualified personnel for scanning. The apparent lack of adequate employee compensation contributes to the disregard for patient privacy and concerns. The receptionist sharing information about me and my situation with others violates patient privacy. Mr. Avery, I sincerely hope that one of the lawyers you are serving catches wind of this scam. In summary, despite not receiving imaging, they managed to take $100 from me. The individuals at the reception desk, making $5 per hour, seemed to have won, bringing a free $100 to their lord. I strongly recommend finding another place that may be as cost-effective but values you as a patient. Do not consider this place; your health and life matter to someone, but not to these individuals."

"Nicole was very sweet and professional, making me feel at ease before, during, and after my scan. Maggie at the desk was great company while I was in the waiting room. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing."

"Love the staff, they are so kind and accommodating. We missed our appointment because we were lost. They were able to make adjustments and help my mom be seen. They truly take care of the patient. When you’re not well and a kind hand is extended, you tend to find God through them. Thank you so much."

"Today I had to have an MRI and I asked if I could go to them. My doctor sent the paperwork and I was dropped off due to myself being real medicated in order to get it done. I also asked if I could have some oxygen cuz I need air to keep my airway open. They had headphones and covered my eyes. It was over before I knew it. By far the best place to have an MRI and are very claustrophobic. They are very sweet people there as well. The Best place I’ve ever had my MRI done.
