"I recently visited this location and needed some additional help. There is no front desk employee so you must sign in through the tablets in the front lobby. Be aware that it is extremely cold in the lobby and the back rooms. If you have questions about anything, any of the employees will assist you when you are called back. The employees in the back are more than happy to assist you but you must check in first. I had a couple of issues that I needed assistance with but was not the fault of the facility but rather my doctor. I would definitely go to this location again. Dominique was the very best and took her time to help me out though everyone I interacted with was kind. Dominique was the one who went out of her way to help both of the days that I was there."
"First and last time using labcorp. Had a Dr's order for 2 labs. Was there at 8 am when they opened. Entered my info in the uninviting waiting room on the provided tablets (no secretary). Was called back shortly after by a very nice phelbotomist who entered my info, charged my card, and drew my blood. I went to my Dr appt the following week to discuss the labs, and to my surprise, the most important lab was never even done. He reprinted the order and called them. They admitted a mistake and told him to relay to me that someone would be in touch. No one has contacted me about this. I have called this office and left a message with no return call. And there is no way on the phone system to actually get ahold of a person. I've left multiple messages on their app site, which received a reply after about 3 days not answering my question, and no one has addressed my missing lab or a resolution. Given the level of customer service, I now believe that labcorp is operated by xfinity or Att. I will be going to Quest for future labs in hopes of a shred of customer service."
