"Honestly their prices are great, but the owners use outdated software that is no longer supported by the developers for their point of sale system, which has issues with not updating the inventory accounting when items are sold (do a google search), and then accuse their employees of stealing and cuss them out. I know this review is not necessarily service related, but I do think how a business treats their employees is very important."

"Bought some papers didn’t see they were king size upon entering my car right outside of the store front, walked immediately back in to just exchange them and the employee refused to do so claiming it was store policy, in what other smoke shop in the world would they not just exchange an unused product for the same product in a different size. That’s just bad business, go to Vape City across the street this place is outdated and obviously disregards the customer and or lacks service entirely; always hiring high school kids who never had a job before and lacks common sense"
