"We shop at this H‑E‑B on a regular basis. I agree with some of the other reviews that they do not carry certain items or brands in this smaller store. However, our experience has always been positive and pleasant. We have not used the delivery service but we shop in the store, get prescriptions at the pharmacy and sometimes use the curbside pick up. Always to our satisfaction. Customer service has always been top notch for us!"

"I can tell you right now this location is the worst location in history. I have been to the locations in Austin that have hundreds and hundreds of people going inside and out of the store and employees. There are always nice great people but here for whatever reason at this location it is the garbage it is trash it is The worst customer service you’ll ever experience no acknowledgment no smiling faces no thank you No kind of reactions or interactions of any sort the food that you purchase usually goes bad within the same day if not the next, I’ve bought food and had to just throw it away because the food was already expired. Maybe it’s my fault for not checking but maybe you shouldn’t be carrying food that expired about a month ago I don’t recommend coming here. If you want a better experience, I suggest driving another eight minutes to the Woodlands location. I never have an issue all the staff they are super friendly super nice I just happen to go to this one and give it a chance and it failed me like he does every single time, so I have decided upon today NEVER AGAIN"

"I was pleased with the fast delivery to my apartment with no problems but this was unacceptable. The sweet potato was molded and squished and smelled horrible. I don't know how anyone can miss them when getting my order together. I will add though that they were very apologetic and refunded my money right away. But unfortunately this wasn't the first time because my roommate has also ordered stuff and she had molding fruit before. Really need better staff checking their produce!"

"HEB has always had good prices and selection. But recently, the store at I-45 and Sawdust Rd has made some notable improvements in their appearance, quality and service. The store has been refreshed and looks clean and appealing, the shelves and displays are well stocked and staff are very helpful. Andre in the meat department is especially helpful and knowledgeable with the products."
