"Worse shopping experience! No employee greeted or acknowledge customers presence, the Starbucks there waited five minutes because the employee had to have a call the three hour conversation so they can figure out what they wanted to order and then her ignore the pain Customer worst customer service ever! Will never be going back!!!! If I could, I would’ve put a fourth of a star Not a star!"

"Seriously, what has happened to your curbside pickup??? Tonight I waited outside the pickup area in my slot for an hour and a half, I kept thinking they'd be out any minute and then I was going to get gas at their pump when done because I was on E. I was out there so long I ran out of gas and had to have AAA come fuel me! And guess what, after he did, they still hadn't been out with anyone's groceries. There was a guy walking around his truck, probably tired of waiting. I ended up leaving because I wanted to fuel up and I wasn't about to sit there any longer with no explanation. I tried calling the pickup area at the store to see if I came back if it would be ready, no answer, several tries. I went home. Then I get a text message 2 hours after my time saying the order was ready. Then 15 min after that, that it was canceled. Not doing pickup again. And I was a regular customer. This Kroger used to be pretty good and efficient, they are so understaffed, sometimes the Pharmacist is the only one working the pharmacy and checking people out. It's close by but I think I'd rather drive elsewhere."

"Nah the night shift is something else, asked a cashier a simple question and they got an attitude. Like okay if you don’t like ur job then quit."

"I love to make positive reviews. However, management should take more pride in your store. Kroger stores are usually upstanding. The wheels on the baskets are usually wobbly, staff are on cell phones at checkout, it leaks when it rains, and lines are usually long. Bakery is nice though and customer service workers are very pleasant."

"Update 4-16-2023 THIS KROGER IS GOING DOWN. So sad. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. No wonder trucks are parking here instead customers. I just hope they improve and don’t close.Always short of check out counter and when you call them out the supervisor Daryl got mad and give customer attitude he even ask a customer “ what’s you problem why are you staring at me and also said what do you want to do about it and I don’t care about you. This is the first time I saw a supervisor asking customer for a fight. I know you are short staff but you should never treat customer like that. You should always be apologetic rather than aggressive to customer. That’s management 101. I am not surprise why this kroger is such a mess. I would watch out before you complain of anything they would get mad and ask for a boxing fight."
