Kroger

"Rude, dangerous manager named Robyn. We witnessed her knock over an elderly woman as she ran past a group of people to go outside, I didn't realize she even worked at the store when it happened. Later, at self checkout I was shocked to see the assailant managing another employee. I tried to get her attention to let her know what happened to the elderly woman. I said excuse me ma'am, she looked at me and walked further away, I walked closer, and said "excuse me ma'am" again and again until I was in her face. She just glared at me without answering. A very strange experience. I would suggest if you're shopping with elderly folks, do not let them go to this location alone. The elderly woman knocked over by the manager needed to be walked to her car and she told us she was going to go to the doctor."

"This Kroger looked like it ran smooth and efficiently everybody had their role and they were good at it bakery cakes always come out great, I get the fresh sushi here, if you come early enough you can watch him preparing it for the day right in front of you, they also have a pretty decent size wine and beer selection for a grocery store. Ive been coming to this same grocery store since I was a kid it's familiar and feels like home."

"Yo, I had to make a quick purchase 5 mins before closing and a tall young gentleman let me in. Thank you so much! I didn't get your name. However, his coworker (Griselda I think?) was rude and told him he shouldn't have done that. I know she isn't representative of Kroger's attitude towards customers so I hope corrective action can be done to improve the customer experience from someone like her. Employees don't get paid enough to deal with someone like me coming in last minute, so big props to the gentleman who let me in."

"Best bakery experience ever. I've been let down so many times before by HEB. That I thought now was the time to change and try kroger. Chris took my order, then drew it on the back to make sure it was perfect. He took the extra time to go over my entire order twice. I will definitely be coming back."
