"I had been going to Solis at another location for years and then found one closer to me. Right off the bat when they called me to say what my portion to pay was, and it was in the $400-500 range I should have cancelled. I was told I could pay 1/4th at the time if needed. I called my insurance and they didn’t see how this could be, and it was probably a billing code mistake and if I overpaid they (Solis) would reimburse me. Well, day of, lady at desk was rude regarding what I told her about paying 1/4th. She had to get someone else and they worked it out. It was demeaning. Then, the rest of the time there didn’t make up for it. I waited in a nook in the hallway with a robe on after my initial scan so I could get an ultrasound. I was freezing! So, many months later when I didn’t hear from them anymore (supposedly according to them I would have owed them money), I called my insurance again and my total bill would have been about $20! I have not been able to successfully get my money back. This was the note in the email I received back “Good morning, the payment you made was to Clearlake Medical Center not for your Rose Imaging bill, thank you”. What?!? This place does not have their billing straight!"

From the ladies in the front, to the lady who checked me in, to the lady who performed my mammogram were all so great! Everyone is welcoming, kind, and helpful.
